CHARLOTTE, N.C. — TITAN technology Partners, a provider of hosted and managed services, is acquiring Sinmax Global, a provider of business intelligence and enterprise performance management consulting services.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Sinmax has operations in Singapore and India.
"The Sinmax Global acquisition continues our expansion and capabilities as a global provider,” said TITAN founder and Chief Executive Officer Michael Vadini. “This team brings an exceptionally talented group focused on business intelligence and performance management. The addition of Sinmax Global makes TITAN one of the largest performance management practices in the industry.”
