ATLANTA — NaturalInsight, a Virginia-based company, is acquiring Cogent Technologies, a provider of Internet and mobile software solutions for enterprise networks.
NaturalInsight develops Web-based workforce management solutions.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The acquisition of Cogent Technologies takes NaturalInsight to real-time, adding the mobile layer that makes workforce management a truly remote activity,” said Stefan Midford, chief executive officer at NaturalInsight. “We are excited to have the opportunity to give our customers and their distributed teams even greater flexibility and control through the integration of MobileDataPro into our growing, best of breed solution.”
