CHARLOTTE, N.C. — RealEstate.com, which is part of Barry Diller’s IAC conglomerate, is adding more information to the nearly 2 million listings on its Web site.
Data from Google Maps Street View, which covers 680 cities, recently was added. New information includes housing statistics, price trends, demographics, crime information, weather and commute times for more than 22,000 cities.
The site also includes several features designed to help Web visitors narrow searches through several filters.
Home pricing information also is constantly updated, according to RealEstate.com.
Google Maps Street View includes photos of homes and a 360-degree tour of streets and neighborhoods where imagery is available.
