WRAL.com ticket giveaway

WRAL.com is planning a major concert giveaway announcement on Friday! Until then I have been given authorization to give you some hints about who it is.

He won a Grammy in the 2000s.

He has appeared in a movie.

He has performed on American Idol.

Born outside the United States.

He has been linked to a Golden Globe winning actress.

Has performed a duet with Katie Couric.

Check out this blog Friday at 9 a.m. to find out who the mystery man is and what you can win!

(You don't have to guess to win. Entries will be accepted starting Friday – once we officially announce the prize and artist.)

For more entertainment content (or just to watch me do my impression of Lil Jon and Brian Shrader try not to get motion sickness) check out this week's Entertainment wrap-up video.

Tony Bennet

It is Michael Buble.

Squeee! It's gotta be Buble! I saw him in Raleigh a few years ago. Fantastic concert.

Paul McCartney

Barry Manilow

Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin could be a possiblity. He won a grammy in 2000 for "Livin' La Vida Loca" and he has spawned off into the TV and movies as well. Born in raised in Puerto Rico (though I guess that could be considered US?)

yeah it's buble. he's canadian and was with a golden globe winner.

Buble won a grammy in 2007 and appeared in Duets.

Lyle was born in Texas. Buble is a possibility. Has he won a grammy or appeared in a movie? Hmmm.

I was going to say Justin Timberlake, but he was also born in the US.
