We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new GOLO feature that allows you to connect directly with members who share similar interests on a highly personalized level.
Welcome to GOLO GROUPS!
This feature is ideal for individuals, organizations, business professionals and anyone else interested in communicating based on interests and most importantly having the tools to make it easy and fun.
Some of the features include:
- Group e-mail
- Group Blog and Image Galleries
- Group URL
- Private and Public Groups
- Groups by invitation only
- Special Announcements Area
- E-mail invitations to non-GOLO members
And much much more…
So, start your own GOLO GROUP Today.
Here’s how.
Go to the drop down menu on your GOLO profile and select “groups.”
You will then see a link that will allow you to create your own group. You will also see a display of your current groups.
*If you'd like to create a GOLO Group, you must first become a WRAL.com registered user. Once you register, follow these simple steps:
- Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen right next to the white search box. . You will see: Welcome, your name.
- You will then see "Create GOLO Profile." Follow the prompts to create your profile.
- Once you've created your profile, click the gray arrow to open the drop down menu. Select "groups." You will then see "Create a Group."
- Follow the prompts, and you'll have a group set up in no time.
We also have a helpful reference page you can refer to as often as you'd like.
One more thing: We’ve also moved the “favorites” tab to the drop down menu to make room for the “groups” category in your personal navigation bar.
