crystal has a manager

In a press release, Crystal Mangum's manager has announced plans to release a tell-all memoir entitled "The Last Dance for Grace: The Crystal Mangum Story."
Is this the craziest thing you ever heard. I am in shock about this, I doubt she will see a dime from this, and who in their right mind would exploit this poor woman this way?

The standard of proof in civil court is a “preponderance of the evidence” rather than “beyond a reasonable doubt”.
There might actually be a considerable amount of risk in initiating a suit against Ms. Mangum.
In any case, there is not much doubt that it would certainly put everyone involved in a rather unflattering spotlight ....
