So what do y'all think? Did Obama slip a little tongue to Biden's wife with that kiss or what? I could see a peck on the cheek or a nice friendly hug...but..an open mouth kiss?
Maybe it's a take off on that rum commerical, everyone want's a little Captain in them. Just change Captain to Obama.
