Now that's an interesting statement. Never heard it put this way before, but it's true except for one thing.
Those folks in Hollywood aren't idiots; they finance Moore because they know the folks who buy his cr4p are, and that's us.

Understood! But what I'm seeing here is opinions based upon other idiotic things he has shared in the past, including his works.
One is known by their words and work, and his are always strongly biased and therefore valueless because it's just as ignorant to be biased in one direction as it is to be biased in another.
Give me the Centrists (center of the road folks with open ears and minds) any day.

Haven't ever seen one of his movies, never will, because of some of the highly questionable, highly biased things that have come out of his mouth.
If I needed someone to tell me how to think, he'd be my guy; but because I can do that on my own, keeping him around would be like enjoying entertaining a hemorhoid.
