I read your blog comment about Cherry Hospital. I could say alot but I won't. Try reading some of the information posted in blogs on the N&O website. Just search Cherry Hospital and read what the employees there have to say. And just remember the old saying.."the fish stinks from the head down."

Bah humbug! lol, I know what you mean about parades -- especially those in towns and cities. But once you get out into the country, you lose most (if not all) of the commercialism. People with their John Deere's decked-out, kids in a hay wagon pulled by an ATV, homemade floats by the local churches... you never see a single sign of commercialism at those down-home parades. And to be honest, they usually are 10 times better than, say, the Raleigh parade (which typically has the same thing over and over each year, even down to the same floats). Thanks for your comment, though -- you really are 100% dead-on there. Stay warm!
